@Baixa Coimbra promotes new free training courses for traders in May

The @Baixa Coimbra project, funded as part of a joint application by the Coimbra City Council (CM), the Agency for the Promotion of Downtown Coimbra (APBC) and CoimbraMaisFuturo to the “Digital Commercial Neighborhoods” line of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, continues to offer various free training courses aimed at downtown merchants and the general public. The proposals for the month of May include training in “Digital Customer Service: a competitive advantage factor” and “Fundamental Excel – basics”.
