How to Sell
Why sell on the Marketplace?
One of the main advantages of the Digital Marketplace is that it allows you to sell online without the need to develop your own online shop. In this way, start-up costs are considerably lower because developing your own e-commerce platform is one of the biggest initial investments in an e-commerce project.
The Digital Marketplace connects each seller to a large number of online consumers, allowing sellers to test new products on a large audience. This diverse audience will give quick and relevant feedback on a seller’s products, in terms of features, price, quality and more.
By selling on the Digital Marketplace, sellers will have greater visibility and notoriety, associating themselves with strong brands that are recognised by consumers, thus allowing sellers to expand their range of online sales channels.
Marketplace Digital provides tools for creating digital marketing campaigns within its platform.
Marketplace Digital supports export through e-commerce. It facilitates entry into international markets because, in addition to the advantages mentioned above, they have detailed information on consumers, their behaviour, characteristics and consumption habits. They are also able to offer more affordable shipping costs and faster deliveries, making sellers more competitive on the international market.
From a technological point of view, sellers don’t have high development or integration costs, as is common when you have your own online shop, where you have to purchase or develop the desired functionality or integration. The Digital Marketplace provides a set of functionalities native to the online sales platform free of charge.
To summarise, the Digital Marketplace is an already-developed platform that allows for an extended reach in terms of product visibility and the exposure of products to different audiences at low costs.
